Returning Goods

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items should be returned together with your Returns note and must be returned unused, in a saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

If you return your order we will not refund the delivery charge as this part of our service to you has been completed. In the cases of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, the delivery charge for a replacement to be sent out will not be charged.

Exchanges

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a refund and purchase the new piece separately.

Returns Process

You must return the goods by a secure means. Our address for all returns is Studio Nicholson, K2 Deseronto, St Mary's Road, Langley, Berks, SL4 7EW, UK and we request that you contact us at customerservice@studionicholson.com in relation to such returns. Please note that we do not accept liability for goods that are not returned via secure means.

  • Complete the Returns Note, received with the goods, and include in your parcel.
  • Take the parcel to the Post Office or arrange collection via a trackable courier service. You will be issued with a receipt and tracking number, which should be retained until the refund is processed.

Upon receipt of the returned items the refund will be processed onto the card that you used for the original payment. Studion Nicholson will endeavour to process your return within 2 working days.

Cancelling an order

If you would like to cancel your order before you have received the goods please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@studionicholson.com so that we can attempt to stop delivery. If your order has already been dispatched we will charge you for the delivery as this part of the transaction has been completed.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 were introduced to reduce the risk of shopping online. If you would like to cancel your order under this legislation, please notify us in writing by e-mail within 7 working days after you have received the goods that you wish to cancel your order. You will be asked to return the items in good condition via post.

Refunds

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will only include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the DSRs only.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Studio Nicholson. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
