Christmas Delivery & Extended Returns

To ensure you receive your order on or before 24th December 2024, please order by 14:00 GMT on the below dates for each region.

  • New Zealand - Tuesday 17th December
  • Australia - Tuesday 17th December
  • Asia - Wednesday 18th December
  • North America - Thursday 19th December
  • EU - Thursday 19th December
  • UK and Ireland - Thursday 19th December

The return window is extended until 13th January for any orders placed from 2nd December until 30th December.

Online Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a refund - or for UK customers, an exchange - on any unsuitable items, including sale items, provided that we are notified within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back us provided they are unworn and fit for resale, with all original labels and swing tickets attached to the items and in their original packaging.

Online orders and mail orders can be returned to any Studio Nicholson store in the UK however please note that refunds cannot be issued by the retail staff and your request will be forwarded to our returns department for processing. Purchases made in-store can only be returned to one of our stores.

UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer returns and exchanges within the UK. Please follow the link below to begin the return process. A free returns shipping label will be provided.

  • Head over to the SN Returns Portal here, or by clicking the button below
  • Enter your order number (remember to add a # at the start), then click 'Start Return'  
  • Select the item/s from your order you would like to return or exchange
  • Decide if you would like to make an exchange or would like a refund
  • When you have made all your choices a returns postage label will be generated for you to print out 
  • Pack all your unwanted items up in the box and attach the returns postage label 
  • Drop it off at your nearest post office 

    Please note, purchases made through Harper Concierge (Greater London only), may be returned for 14 days from your appointment date.

REST OF WORLD RETURNS

All rest of world returns will incur a small charge to return your order back to our UK warehouse. Please follow the link provided below to begin the return process. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided; please ensure that you use this label to avoid any extra charges. Please see the FAQ below for return charges per country.

We offer free returns to customers within the UK provided the return request is sent within 14 days of receiving your order.

For international customers, we provide a pre-paid returns label at a cost, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to drop off your return please follow the instructions on DHL locator and choose your country and fill in your location (address or zip code) to locate your nearest DHL Express points.

Please follow the steps below to return your item(s):

  1. Find a container that will fit all of the items you are returning. It is recommended to use a bag to avoid high shipping costs.
  2. Place all the items you selected to return, including this note, into the container and seal it. Make sure the container fits the items as snugly as possible, to avoid excess shipping costs. Also make sure there are no tracking or shipping labels attached to the container.
  3. Print the Return Label and affix it securely to the outside of the package. If an order number is required by the courier company to arrange the collection, please provide your order number starting with a hashtag, followed by 5 numbers #00000.

Your order number can be found in the order and shipping confirmation emails you will receive after placing an order with us. If you have created an account with us, you can view your full order history in your account area. 

Our store aims to process all returns within 10 working days of receiving them. We will send you a 'Refund Notification' email to confirm that we have refunded your card after your return has passed our quality review.

Our prices on our online store reflect the changes in trends, customer demand and our own stock availability of our products. Whilst we appreciate how frustrating it is, we are unable to refund the difference in price on any items you have purchased that then goes into sale or into further markdowns.

You can of course return the item for a full refund and then re-order the same item at the sale price, given that the returned items is in accordance with our returns policy. Please be aware, however, we are unable to guarantee that another customer won't purchase the item first.

Yes, in Canada, it is the customer’s responsibility to claim any eligible tax rebate directly from the government. As a UK-based business, we, along with our shipping partner cannot file this paperwork on your behalf.

For Canadian customers, duties are included in the product price and subsidised by us, the merchant. However, sales tax is calculated at checkout and paid by the customer. If eligible, you may file paperwork with the Canadian tax authorities to reclaim these sales taxes.
