“The idea for Studio Nicholson lies in making everyday and commonplace garments exceptionally beautiful and flawlessly modern,” says our founder and creative director, Nick Wakeman. The Mawer is a perfect example of our obsession of reinvigorating and reimagining classic styles: a double-breasted belted trench coat with clean, modern lines. Made from a shower-proof cotton fabric, it features a stitched waist tie, a rear pleat, and a concealed button for fastening up to the neck on colder days.
