They’re deftly cut from panels of double faced wool – a rich cloth composed of two layers to create a soft, luxurious hand feel – and defined by a smooth curve in the leg and a gentle twist in the seam, subtly accentuating the fluid silhouette.

A true capsule collection, familiar forms are brought into a modern dialogue with one another, creating a wardrobe that moves naturally between contexts yet remains believable and fit for purpose. Fabric remains a focus, with mixed materials studied in detail: New horizontal stitch knits bring depth and texture, while Italian denim is given a thrashed lasered treatment along with a purposeful tear and mend technique, all inspired by a pair of Wakeman’s own Levis Big E jean.
