A modern update on the classic utility pant, Balos is an example of our laser-focus on exemplary fabrics. Balos is fitted with generous slant pockets that lean into SN’s longstanding workwear influences.
Studio Nicholson’s workwear influences are emphasised by the Barr pants. Constructed with a belted waist, Barr is chosen here to further accentuate the volume in the leg.
The Ellis pants bring to mind the kind of louche, sophisticated tailoring that defined men’s style in the ‘80s and ‘90s. Sitting at the natural waist, they have lots of volume, a full break, and deep single pleat.
The Fume pant is inspired by the slouchy, roomy tailoring of the 90s and is an unstructured update on our Vital pant. They’re tailored with a soft curve through the leg and finished with pressed creases for a smart impression.
An elongated version of our Bosun pants, these Levy trousers retain the curved leg and dropped crotch of their predecessor but have added break, allowing the fabric to pool and gather on the shoe.
Studio Nicholson leans into signature workwear influences with Minard. They’re expertly cut from our garment dyed linen: a comfortable and lightweight cotton-linen twill that’s garment-dyed to give a rich, lived-in look unique to each garment. Minard is constructed with slant pockets and a straight cut through the leg.
The Nava pants are constructed with an elasticated drawstring waist and volume in the leg, signalling a relaxed feel. It features a large flap pocket that leans into our signature workwear influences.
The Paolo trousers have a wide, balloon-shaped leg which creates a striking silhouette yet remain versatile and highly wearable, straddling the line between tailored and casual. This pair is cut from our cotton moleskin fabric: a refined yet resilient cloth with a brushed, velvety surface that feels soft against the skin and captures SN’s focus on exemplary fabrics.
The mid-rise Pull pant is smartly cut from an Italian wool that’s woven in a plain-weave construction, inspired by mid-century tailoring fabrics. This mid-rise pair features backward-facing single front pleats, keeping the inward half of the leg neat — a mood that’s amplified by the traditional tab-fastening waist and the sharply pressed creases.
Studio Nicholson employs its signature fabric-first ethos to reimagine the enduring cargo silhouette with Ravel. They’re deftly crafted from our military canvas: a rugged, weather-resistant fabric that’s washed to create a slightly softened, lived-in feel. Ravel is constructed with generous flap pockets and a straight cut through the leg.
our Creative Director Nick Wakeman looked at archival 90s images of young film stars leaving The Viper Room in Los Angeles. Our new Riso pants pay homage to the jeans featured: they’re a perfect example of a classic five pocket, straight leg pant and cut from an Italian-milled washed corduroy.
Shire is a low-key take on classic tailoring. The pair is cut from our sanded cotton – a breathable, resilient, and sanded high-twist woven fabric with a durable structure and a dry, smooth hand feel – and feature an elasticated waistband and single reverse pleats, amplifying the wide cut through the leg.
The Tay pants are crafted as part of Studio Nicholson’s collaboration with Mackintosh, handmade in Scotland by a single artisan and cut from Mackintosh’s signature rubberised bonded cotton: a fabric that’s defined by its coated finish and engineered to amplify the cotton’s natural properties, making it water-resistant and more durable.
Cut to a lightly voluminous leg that’s sharply pressed for a neat impression, the Vital pant evidences Creative Director Nick Wakeman’s commitment to perfecting the classics.
